At Aangan by Parul, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted fashion; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items. Please ensure that all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal or email our support team with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide a return authorization within 24-48 hours.

  Package & Ship

  Carefully pack the items in their original box and hand them over to our logistics partner during the scheduled doorstep pickup.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
